As a dietary supplement to boost the immune system : Consume in the morning by placing a pipette on a spoonful of honey or a piece of brown sugar or consume throughout the day by adding a pipette to a bottle of water.

For mouth and throat conditions : Use as a gargle, mixed in a glass of water or in your herbal tea.

For irritated or injured skin : Apply directly to the skin to cleanse and help heal. Cover with a bandage to prevent staining of your clothing.

As a dietary supplement : 1 pipette of mother tincture (one squeeze is enough) 1 to 4 times a day, early in the morning, on a piece of bread, a spoonful of honey, a piece of brown sugar, or simply mixed in a glass of water. You can also take it throughout the day by adding 1 to 4 pipettes to a bottle of water. Stir well. Use for 1 month, extendable if necessary.
