Creatine is a bioactive substance that contributes to the faster regeneration of the energy carrier ATP in our cells after it has been depleted by intense exercise. Supplementing with creatine as a dietary supplement can therefore improve performance during short, intense bursts of exercise. CREATINE PLATINUM supplies very pure and 'micronized' creatine monohydrate (Creavitalis®), a form of creatine that ensures maximum absorption in the digestive system due to its extra small microparticles and excellent solubility. CREATINE PLATINUM is very neutral in taste.
Intensive dose and/or building dose:
- 2 measuring spoons per day (= 6 g pure creatine), divided into 2 intakes
Maintenance dose:
- 1 scoop per day (= 3 g pure creatine)
In exceptional cases, a 5-day loading phase can be used with 20g of creatine monohydrate daily (approximately 6 scoops, divided into 3 doses). Dissolve in a glass of water or a beverage of your choice and preferably consume during and/or near exercise.
